2 + 3 warranty scheme

This warranty is valid from the date of delivery and covers the fan motor, electrical components, finish and other manufacturing defects that can be attributed to the manufacturer.

This warranty covers the full and new replacement of defective parts. Replacement including materials and labour is covered for the first two years. Components will then be replaced in return for defective parts for the following three years.

The warranty does not cover:

This warranty does not cover damage and short-circuits that have arisen due to assembly faults or damage due to violence, fire, lightning, water damage or damage caused by negligence or other abnormal use.

This warranty does not cover faults that have arisen due to the use of parts that were not originally supplied by Trepol Norden A/S.

Trepol cooker hoods have a warranty period of 2+3 years. Please provide the production number when contacting your cooker hood dealer.
